Xevano Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Xevano collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Xevano website, accounts, and software tools.
1. Information You Provide
Depending on how you use Xevano, we may collect information such as your first and last name, company name, email address, account credentials, files and artwork you upload, files produced or saved through Xevano, information you enter into Xevano tools, and communications you send to Xevano support.
Passwords are stored using secure password hashing rather than as readable passwords.
2. Artwork and Uploaded Files
Xevano may receive and process artwork, graphics, documents, photographs, and other files that you intentionally submit to a tool. We use those files to provide the function you requested, such as preparing, converting, arranging, analyzing, or otherwise processing the material.
Uploading a file does not transfer ownership of that file to Xevano. You should not upload confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.
3. Technical Information
When you use Xevano, our systems may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, authentication activity, error information, security and server logs, and session identifiers.
This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Xevano.
4. Cookies and Login Sessions
Xevano uses cookies or similar browser storage necessary to keep users signed in and maintain secure sessions. Xevano currently uses a persistent login session that may remain active for up to 30 days, subject to security controls, logout, expiration, or other account events.
5. How We Use Information
Xevano may use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, provide requested tools and services, process uploaded files, save account preferences, communicate verification codes and account notices, provide support, detect abuse or unauthorized access, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Email
Xevano may send transactional emails related to your account, including email verification, security notices, password-related communications, service notices, and important account information. Transactional account messages are not promotional mailing-list messages.
7. Service Providers
Xevano may rely on outside companies to operate parts of the platform, such as hosting and server providers, email providers, infrastructure providers, database or storage services, security services, APIs, or other technology providers. These providers may process information when necessary to perform services for Xevano.
8. Disclosure of Information
Xevano may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide a service requested by you, protect platform security, investigate fraud or misuse, comply with a valid legal obligation, protect Xevano or others from harm, or complete a business transaction subject to applicable law.
Xevano does not make uploaded artwork public merely because it was uploaded to a Xevano tool.
9. Data Retention
Xevano may retain account information and related operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Different tools may use different file-retention periods as the platform develops.
10. Security
Xevano uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect account information and platform data. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for protecting their passwords and devices.
11. Account Information
Users may access the Account Information section of Xevano to update supported personal and account information. Users may also contact Xevano regarding questions about their information.
12. Children
Xevano is intended for business and general commercial users and is not designed as a service directed to young children. Do not knowingly submit personal information about a child where doing so would violate applicable law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Notice
Xevano may update this Privacy Notice as the Services change. The effective date and version at the top identify the notice currently in effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the Xevano website or account system.
